2.  I will come up with a Game Plan to help you to optimize your home a little or a lot. This plan will be very specific as to what needs to happen in every room of your house. You can choose which projects to tackle and I will make sure you know which are the most crucial to your sales success.

3.  I will teach you exactly how you can do these improvements on your own or will explain what you need to do to have these improvements accomplished professionally for you.

4.  I will work with your existing decor and try my best to save you as much money as possible while staging your home to include an improved flow, feel, atmosphere, and, most of all, SALEABILITY.

5.  I will recommend techniques that work for you and your family (including your kids and pets) while you continue to live in the home.

6.  You will receive detailed, room-by-room client planning forms detailing my Game Plan for your household, and I will be available to you for on-line advice and on-site tweaking for your first open house.

Home staging consultations are perfect for home sellers who want to benefit from home staging and who are willing to put in some time and effort to make more money from the sale of their home. This service is not for someone who wants someone else take care of everything and basically move you out of your own home until the sale goes through. There are enough companies out there already that are happy to charge you a fortune to do this.  I am not one of them.
